About Us
Northern Outreach and Clinical Services (NOCS) was founded to meet the diverse needs of children, youth, and adults in Northern Ontario. Our aim is to make a real positive impact on the lives of our clients, their families, and care teams.
At NOCS, we use the power of learning to help individuals work towards their personal goals. We focus on making Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) practises practical and sustainable in everyday life, so they're easy to use and last beyond treatment sessions.
We rely on using evidence-and research-based approaches to meet our mission of providing quality ABA services. Our goal is to enhance social and communication skills, reduce challenging behaviours, and foster independence. Collaboration and inclusivity are core to our approach. We create personalized plans that highlight each person's strengths, goals, and needs. Our ultimate mission is to improve quality of life, boost independence, and help individuals reach their full potential.
To ensure we provide effective services, our programs are led by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
